1. Service Description

Pinplex connects home sellers with real estate professionals by:

Providing estimated home value information
Facilitating connections with local realtors upon user request

Pinplex makes no promise or guarantee of lead volume, quality, or conversion rates.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and current information

3. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract user data, property information, or any content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our services
Create derivative works based on our data without express written permission
Bypass any technical restrictions or access controls
Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Upload malicious content or violate third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

All content remains Pinplex's exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service. Unauthorized use of trademarks, meta tags, or proprietary information is strictly prohibited.

When you request a realtor connection:

Your contact information will be shared with our partner realtors
Pinplex is not responsible for services provided by third-party realtors
This Site may contain links to third-party sites not controlled by Pinplex

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Pinplex disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement. Home price estimates are approximations, not professional appraisals.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pinplex shall not be liable for:

Inaccuracies in home value estimates
Transactions between users and realtors
Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pinplex against all losses arising from your violation of these Terms, use of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by California law. You agree to:

First attempt mediation with a NADN professional in Maricopa County
Submit to non-binding arbitration if mediation fails
Waive any class action rights

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
